Our maintenance plans cover the services outlined in your chosen package. All plans include daily backups, daily plugin and theme updates, malware and security scanning, and SSL certificates. If an update breaks your site, we’ll roll back immediately to restore it — on the Essentials plan we’ll contact you to decide next steps, on plans with included support time we’ll investigate and resolve it as standard. No minimum contract — just 30 days’ notice to cancel. If you move hosting, we’ll assist with the transfer.
Uptime is subject to third-party hosting and platform providers, which are outside our direct control. Response times are based on issue priority and working hours unless an out-of-hours arrangement is in place. Full terms are available on request.

We will let you know when you are approaching your monthly allowance. Any work beyond it is billed at our standard hourly rate, or you can upgrade to a plan with a larger allowance at any time.
