Why we started Sentinel
We kept seeing local businesses poorly served by IT providers that were either too large to care or too small to cope, and Sentinel Infrastructure grew out of that frustration. The idea was a local IT partner with enterprise-level expertise, run by a team that responds quickly and genuinely wants your business to succeed.
Our remote helpdesk supports businesses across the UK, and we come on-site when it's needed. We get to know each business and its sector, including the IT problems it deals with every day.
Our view is that a small business should be able to expect IT that just works, the same as a large one. For us, that means hosting that stays up, email that's set up properly, problems picked up early, and a person to speak to when something does go wrong.
